Email bills the right way
Tick a customer's invoices and send them in one email with every PDF and the day's packing list. Messages start “Dear Sir/Ma'am”, you pick who gets them from the customer's contact people, and MXM warns you before a bill goes out twice.
Contacts stay private
Keep several contact people per customer (name, role, email, phone). Staff can send documents but never see the customer's email addresses or phone numbers — only admins do.
Packing that matches the boxes
The packer types the packing list (it starts empty), box numbers follow the packing, and slips print straight to the printer. Bulk packing: qty per package × packages, remaining shown live. A slip can be deleted with a reason; its number is never reused.
Stickers with your logo
Packing stickers 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 per page, or the Basic sticker: your logo and details, “Package 1 of N”, transport and weight — picked from the invoice, saved in a history list you can reprint. Stickers fill the whole A4 — and a half-used sheet can be fed back in.

India GST
GST returns today — live IRN / e-way next
Monthly GST work happens inside MXM: download the GSTR-1 JSON for the GST portal, check the GSTR-3B summary, and match your purchases against GSTR-2B so you only claim input credit your vendors have filed.
We are working closely with GST Suvidha Providers (GSPs) such as ClearTax and Masters India to switch on live IRN (e-invoice) and e-way bill generation inside MXM. Tax invoices, GST amounts, and PDFs are available today. Until live IRN / e-way is on, please use the government portal if your business is mandated — we are sorry for the inconvenience and will notify founding customers as soon as it goes live.
Caps and packs are already in the plan. Soft warn at 80% of monthly caps. Failed IRN / e-way attempts will not burn a credit; cancel is free. Example for the 5-user plan (shared across both companies): 250 IRN · 120 e-way · 250 WhatsApp · 4,000 email · 10 GB storage — once live generate is on.

FAQ
Straight answers
When will in-app IRN / e-way work?
We are integrating with GSP partners (ClearTax, Masters India, and peers) for live IRN and e-way. Caps and packs are already in the plan. Until go-live, generate IRN / e-way on the government portals if required — sorry for the inconvenience.
Who sends invoice email?
MXM. Email From is transaction@mxmerp.com. You do not paste client SMTP for document delivery. WhatsApp from the MXM Business number is next (not live on the marketing claim yet).
Do document numbers burn when I save a draft?
No. Drafts are per user + tenant. Numbers allocate only on final submit.
Is storage inside IRN packs?
No. Base storage is in the monthly plan. Extra GB is a monthly add-on. IRN and e-way packs are separate.
Do you replace Tally completely?
Getting close. Books, trial balance, P&L and balance sheet are native, with TDS (sections, challans, 26Q data), GSTR-1 portal JSON, GSTR-3B summary, GSTR-2B purchase match, cost centres, interest on overdue bills and a cheque register. TCS, budgets and live IRN / e-way are next. During the move you can keep closing in Tally through our self-hosted bridge.
Will my Tally operator need training?
Very little: the same keys work, and every key is shown on screen.
Is MXM ERP the same as MXM Sistemas (Brazil)?
No. MXM ERP (mxmerp.com) is an Indian GST / manufacturing product by MXM Technologies. MXM Sistemas (mxm.com.br) is a separate Brazilian company.
